For the Dough:

  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 3/4 cup almond flour
  • 2 tablespoons cream cheese
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

For the Filling:

  • 1/2 pound thinly sliced ham
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese


  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the mozzarella cheese and cream cheese. Heat in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until melted and well combined.
