Ingredients:

- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
- 1/2 teaspoon Chinese five-spice powder
For the Skewers:
- Bamboo skewers, soaked in water for at least 30 minutes

- Sesame seeds
- Chopped green onions
Instructions:
- In a bowl, combine all the marinade ingredients: soy sauce, hoisin sauce, oyster sauce, honey, sesame oil, minced garlic, grated ginger, and Chinese five-spice powder.
- Add the bite-sized chicken pieces to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, allowing the flavors to infuse.
- Preheat your grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.
- Thread the marinated chicken pieces onto the soaked bamboo skewers.
- Place the skewers on the preheated grill and cook for 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally, until the chicken is fully cooked and has a nice char on the outside.
