1lb boneless & skinless chicken thighs, cut into bite-sized pieces

1 egg

1 tbsp garlic powder

1 tsp salt

1 tsp pepper

1 cup UNFLAVOURED Whey Protein Powder –

1 tbsp milk of choice

b. For the sauce:

Equal parts of each:

SF Orange Marmelade

Soy sauce

Each to taste:

Ginger powder

Garlic powder

Crushed red pepper


1: Mix together chicken and the rest of the ingredients for it, saving whey protein powder for last as a coating. Cook chicken individually until it’s crispy enough for you.

2. In a separate skillet over low heat, mix equal parts sugar free orange marmalade, soy sauce, and monkfruit sweetener. Then, add ginger powder, garlic powder, and crushed red pepper to taste. Stir and add water as it thickens fast.

3: Put the chicken in a bowl and pour the sauce over it. Place another bowl on top and shake.

4: Serve with a side of steamed broccoli.
