🛒 INGREDIENTS:
- 1 ½ cups cooked shredded chicken breast
- ¾ cup cottage cheese (2% or full-fat for extra creaminess)
- 2 large eggs
- ¼ cup almond flour (or oat flour)
- ¼ cup chopped chives or green onions
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Salt & black pepper to taste
- Olive oil or avocado oil spray (for frying)
- Optional: a squeeze of lemon + extra chives for garnish
🍳 INSTRUCTIONS:

In a large bowl, combine chicken, cottage cheese, eggs, almond flour, herbs, and spices. Stir until a chunky, moist mixture forms. - Shape the Fritters
Scoop mixture into palm-sized patties. Flatten gently — not too thin! - Cook ‘Em Crispy
Heat a nonstick pan over medium heat with a little oil spray. Cook each fritter 3–4 minutes per side until golden brown and crispy. - Serve + Slay
