Ingredients
Chaffles
2 eggs
2 oz softened cream cheese
1 tbsp coconut flour
1 tbsp heavy whipping cream
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp powdered swerve
Coffee Syrup
4 tbsp strong coffee (room temp)
5 drops liquid stevia

Filling
3 oz mascarpone cheese
1 oz cream cheese
1/4 cup heavy whipping cream
2 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 tsp powdered swerve
To Dust
1/2 tsp unsweetened cocoa powder
Chaffles (Makes 4)
- Preheat waffle maker.
- Combine all ingredients well.
- Pour 1/4 of better into waffle maker.
- Close lid and cook 3-4 min.
- Repeat with remaining batter.
Syrup
- In a small bowl, mix coffee and stevia well.

Filling
- Beat heavy whipping cream, vanilla and swerve until stiff peaks form. Set aside.
- In a separate bowl, cream the mascarpone and cream cheese. Fold in whipped cream.
Assembly
- Spoon a tbsp of coffee on a chaffle. Spread 1/4 of the filling on top. Top with a second chaffle. Repeat until you have 4 layers.
- Generously dust with cocoa powder.
- Refrigerate overnight or longer.
