Ingredients:

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

For the cinnamon filling:

1/4 cup melted butter

1/4 cup erythritol or any low-carb sweetener

1 tablespoon ground cinnamon

For the cream cheese icing:

4 oz cream cheese, softened

1/4 cup powdered erythritol or any low-carb powdered sweetener

1 tablespoon heavy cream

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions:

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease or line a loaf pan with parchment paper.

In a large bowl, whisk together almond flour, coconut flour, erythritol, baking powder, and salt until well combined.

Add eggs, almond milk, melted butter, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients. Mix until smooth and well combined.

In a separate bowl, mix together the ingredients for the cinnamon filling: melted butter, erythritol, and ground cinnamon.

Pour half of the bread batter into the prepared loaf pan, spreading it evenly.

Drizzle half of the cinnamon filling over the batter in the loaf pan.

Pour the remaining bread batter over the cinnamon filling layer.

Drizzle the remaining cinnamon filling over the top of the bread batter.

Use a knife or toothpick to swirl the cinnamon filling into the bread batter.

Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

Allow the bread to cool in the pan for about 10 minutes, then transfer it to a wire rack to cool completely.

While the bread is cooling, prepare the cream cheese icing. In a small bowl, beat together the softened cream cheese, powdered erythritol, heavy cream, and vanilla extract until smooth.

Once the bread has cooled, drizzle the cream cheese icing over the top.
