Ingredients

1 bag cabbage slaw mix

3 cups Alfredo sauce (make my own)

1 package beef polish sausage (or whichever you like)

1/4 heavy cream

1/2 cup Parmesan

1/2 cup mozzarella

Directions

Preheat oven to 350

Sliced my cabbage and cooked mostly, cooked my bag of cabbage mix with my sausage last 5 mins of cooking… mixed my Alfredo sauce with 1/2 cup Parmesan and 1/4 heavy cream.

Mixed all ingredients together poured into lightly sprayed 9×9 casserole dish, topped with mozzarella and covered with foil.

Put in oven 25 minutes, then cooked uncovered for 8 mins. Top slightly golden
