Ingredients
1 cup mozzarella, shredded
1/2 cup asiago, shredded
1/2 cup parmesan, shredded
2 tbsp baking powder
1 tbsp xanthum gum
2 eggs
Everything bagel seasoning
1: Preheat oven to 375ºF degrees.
2: Mix together shredded cheeses (one type of cheese works, but this combo makes for a nice texture). Then, mix in eggs properly, followed by baking powder and xanthum gum. 5.
3: Place in greased donut pan or shape into bagels on parchment paper.
4: Top with seasoning, then bake for 15 minutes or until browned.
5: Let cool/harden up for 5 minutes.
