2 Tbsp unsalted butter

½ cup Almond Flour

¼ cup Unsweetened Cocoa

¼ cup Monkfruit sweetener

½ tsp vanilla extract

½ tsp cake batter extract

1 tsp baking soda

1 egg

1 Tbsp all natural peanut butter

Lily’s chocolate chips (as toppings, optional)


Place butter in a mug, melt in microwave

Add in almond flour, monkfruit sweetener, cocoa, vanilla extract, cake batter extract, backing soda

Mix up all ingredients

Add in egg, stir until all ingredients are well mixed

Place mug in a microwave for 90 seconds

Once done, place mug cake in a plate, top it with peanut butter and lily’s choc chips
