Ingredients:
- 1 pound of raw shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 4 tablespoons of butter
- 4 cloves of minced garlic
- Zest of 1 lemon
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 2 medium zucchinis, spiralized or cut into noodles
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions:
- In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
- Add the minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Add the raw shrimp to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes per side until pink and cooked through. Remove the shrimp from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add the lemon zest and lemon juice, and stir to deglaze the pan.
- Add the zucchini noodles to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes until slightly softened.
- Season the zucchini noodles with salt and pepper to taste.
- Add the cooked shrimp back to the skillet with the zucchini noodles, and toss to coat everything in the lemon garlic butter sauce.
- Cook for another 1-2 minutes until heated through.
- Remove from heat and garnish with chopped fresh parsley, if desired.
